Same-Day Appointments are available for acute problems.

Our board certified family physicians provide office based medical care for children and adults of all ages. Acute and chronic medical problems are handled by appointment only. Preventative medical services such as routine physical exams and immunizations are offered. Early detection programs for cancer, heart disease, and other common ailments are available.

If a problem arises outside of our normal office hours and is an EMERGENCY (potential for loss of life, limb or vision) call 911.

If you have another non-emergent situation that warrants immediate attention please call (618) 624-6181 and our messaging service will contact the on-call provider.

You must be established with the practice for after hours assistance.

Prescriptions:
Your prescriptions may be faxed to the pharmacy of your choice at the time of your visit. Exceptions include medications that require a hand delivered script or during evening and weekend hours when transmission cannot be verified. Please allow one full business day for prescription renewals.

Hospitals:
Our physicians are on staff at Belleville Memorial Hospital and will refer you to a recommended specialist of your choice should you require hospitalization. Depending upon your health insurance plan or your personal needs, you may be referred to another facility to ensure that you receive the best care possible.
